All I Need for My Pet is an independent guide for pet owners. We publish clear, practical answers to the questions people ask most when they bring a pet home and in the years that follow. We are starting with dogs, and cats will follow.
What we cover now
- Puppies: first-week routines, checklists, potty training, vaccines, and costs
- Food and feeding: how much, how often, and what to avoid
- Training and behavior: step-by-step guides for common problems
- Health and care: everyday care and the signs that mean it is time to call a vet
- Gear and supplies: what is worth buying and what is not
How we work
Each guide is researched from veterinary and animal welfare sources, and we list those sources at the bottom of the page. Every page shows the date it was published, and we update it when the guidance changes. Each guide also says clearly whether a veterinarian has reviewed it. Our full standards are on the editorial policy page.
A note on health information
Our guides are general information for pet owners. They do not replace advice from a veterinarian who knows your pet. If your pet seems unwell, call your vet.
